To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because our coral is prepared and reserved specifically for each customer, cancellations are only available under the following conditions:
Before order preparation begins: Full cancellation allowed.
After order has been prepared or scheduled for pickup: Orders cannot be canceled.
Same-day pickup orders: Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is confirmed.
